This site is only going to be as good as the contributions made to it by its members.  If you want a site with lots of articles worth reading then post a article to the site. 

1. You must create a user name and password.  Press the 'login' menu and then press 'Register' button.  Enter all the fields, make sure you give a valid email address, press 'Send Registration'.
2. Now you have to wait until your account is approved.  When it is approved a email will be sent.
   
3. Go to the login menu and log on.
   
4. The 'Submit News' and other options now appear on the left menu.  Press 'Submit News' and follow the instructions.
5. Users with publish access should press the publish tab at the bottom and select the "state" of the article to "publish"; otherwise your news will appear on the web site after it is approved.  Users with any access may press 'Select show on front page' if desired.
6. Articles you have access to modify to will display a little pencil icon next to it. This icon will bring up the editor so you may modify the page.  This page may be modified too, so you can clear up my muddy instructions and typos.
   
7. Enjoy your changes.
